Conference & Trade Show Applications

What happens to your delegates when they leave the conference center or trade show?

The aMuze System is a unique combination of content delivery tool and delegate relations management system for conferences and tradeshows. It enables delegates to continue and deepen their contact with the content and messages of a congress or exhibit after leaving the venue. It empowers them to control their own acquisition and management of your event’s content (both past and present), and interact with it according to their own needs.

The user interface is a coded “delegate card”, which can be integrated with your delegate badges.  It links participation in seminars and workshops, and visits

to exhibits and other on-site activities with an interactive database that can be easily accessed and personalized on the web – at home or at the workplace.

Delegates simply register their interest in particular sessions by scanning their badges at card readers that are located at each activity locale.  Their choices and interests are automatically registered in the system and are immediately accessible.

The system enables you to offer your delegates more: direct on-line access to relevant abstracts, background papers, delegate lists, and other material that would quickly fill any conference bag to overflowing;  topic and interest based links to other seminars, workshops or events that the delegate didn’t attend but would like to know about; linkages to related content from previous conferences and events; and, perhaps most important of all, the ability to personally choose and manage all of this information on their own dynamic and personalized conference web pages.

The system can be integrated with existing systems for conference registration, abstract submission, audio-recordings, etc. to form a seamless knowledge and contact experience for delegates, from first announcement to post-congress.

aMuze also enables organizers to offer sponsors more. By providing greater visibility and a platform for building smart and long-lasting interest-based relationships with delegates, it offers new funding opportunities for current sponsors and a competitive medium for attracting new ones.
